The LetUsPlayfootball website is a ‘pre-order’ store. We offer our customers heavily reduced prices for buying in advance of goods landing in the UK. This allows Kids Play Football to run with low stocks and reduced overheads – we pass the savings on to our community.
Kids Play Football will ship products as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of the specified target delivery as specified on the website at the point of purchase. We use reputable carriers depending on the delivery address. Most delivery companies will require your signature on receipt of the parcel. All deliveries to you by the carrier will be subject to the carrier's normal terms and conditions.
Return costs for orders must be covered by the customer – Kids Play Football will not take any responsibility for lost returns. Please use a fully tracked service.
If your order contains any free promotional items, these must be returned along with the purchases.
All import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back on the import fees paid.

Payments made via PayPal may be returned via PayPal eCheque which can take up to 10 working days to process.
